THE LB ACADEMY HOLIDAY CAMP!!!

WHERE: LONG BEACH STATE

This camp is open to ANY & ALL 12-18 year old boys & girls

VBS: Volleyball Spikers is created to give opportunities & repetitions to boys & girls to train volleyball in the sand while also offering a positive social experience.

Our programs offer sand training, which improves biomechanical movement, an increase in volleyball experience, an opportunity to socialize, doubles competition, and fun on the sand!

VB SPIKERS AUGUST 4 WEEK SESSION

VB SPIKERS: Delivering additional opportunities on the sand for our community!

We will train for 1 hour and compete for 1 hour.

This is designed to deliver training, reps, playing with different teammates, competition, and having fun every step of the way!

Where: Long Beach City College Sand Courts

When: August 4, 11, 18, & 24 (4 week session)

Time: 5:00-7:00pm

Cost: $150

Limit: 30 Total Boys & Girls U13, U14, U15, & U16
